We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, with the subway station right outside and only three stops away from central Sapporo. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a post box inside, which made it easy for us to send postcards and drop off our pocket wifi before heading to the airport. Additionally, the hotel was situated right beside Nakajima Park, which was absolutely beautiful with its lake and rowboats.

We had a lovely stay here with the hotel's old fashioned elegance and dignified service. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, making us feel welcomed. The top floor restaurant was outstanding, offering traditional Japanese cuisine and other options. The location was fantastic, being only a 1-minute walk from the subway station and next to a beautiful public park. Additionally, the hotel provided a decent breakfast and even decorated our room for my wife's birthday. They also upgraded our room and packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be better - it's right beside the subway exit 1, making it so convenient to get around the city. The hotel is also so close to the station, which was a huge plus. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, and they even offered us a free upgrade to a double room with a park view. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed a breathtaking view from the 11th floor. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff.
